Nature of Service

ThailandArrival.com provides independent assistance and guidance for completing the Thailand Digital Arrival Card. We are not a government entity and do not issue, approve, or process immigration documents.

No Government Affiliation

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is free when completed on the official Thai Immigration website. Our service fee applies only to assistance provided by Duke Digital FZE LLC.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for immigration decisions, travel disruptions, entry refusals, or consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
